Welcome to my first blog
I have recently signed up to a level 4 clinical nutrition course which means I will be able to give better advise on achieving goals through nutritional means. Once the course is completed I will be starting up some healthy eating classes. These classes will not be making you count points and calories like other programmes but giving you sound advise on how to change the way you view food on a permanent basis.
With the right food to fuel your body your energy levels will soar and you can better cope with the stress in life.
